Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/23/25 from 11am to 12pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 14. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 caregiver's records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The family day home must obtain results of a central registry search (CRS) for an employee within 30 days of employment.
Caregiver # 1 has been employed for 1 year and 1 month. The CRS was submitted but the results were not obtained.
Plan of Correction: Follow up calls and emails were made on 4/23/25. If there is no response from the agency a new search will be submitted within 10 days of the inspection.
