The family day home must submit a request for out of state central registry search (CRS), criminal record check (CRC) and sex offender search for each state where an employee has resided in within the last 5 years, prior to first day of employment.
1. Caregiver #1 has been employed at the family day home for 6 weeks. The caregiver's record indicates that she has resided outside of Virginia in the last five years.
2. The out of state CRC, CRS and sex offender search was not submitted to date.

Items tied across the top or corner of a crib or playpen or toys hung from the sides with strings or cords shall be removed when the child begins to push up on hands and knees or is five months of age, whichever occurs first.
A mobile toy was hung from the side of the crib. The crib was occupied by a 6 month old infant.
