Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on April 19, 2022, approximately 11:05 am to 11:45 am. The physical plant was explored.

There were 62 children under the supervision of 15 caregivers. During the inspection, children were observed resting and eating lunch (spaghetti, mandarin oranges, peas and milk). The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Staff were sitting at the table with the children.

Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today?s visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, and nutrition. The inspector reviewed on three child?s record and seven staff records.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
