Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection with the director beginning at 10:19 AM and ending at 1:00 PM. There were 107 children, ages 4 months through 5 years old, in the care of 19 staff members. The children were observed doing circle time, playing with toys, and during outside recess. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Three medications were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 4/23/22. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 1/13/22. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 5/27/22. The most recent fire inspection was dated 2/1/22. The most recent health inspection was dated 2/25/21.
