An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on July 11, 2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on June 26, 2025, relating to allegations of programs. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included observations, document review, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
