Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on December 4, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30am and ended at 11:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included a tour of the facility, document review, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
