Inspector Notes

A subsidy inspection was initiated on 03/17/2022 and concluded on 03/17/2022. The inspector was on site at the center from 10:15am to 2:39pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 children?s records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued..
