Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 12/05/2022. The inspector was on site at the center from approximately 08:13am to 12:53pm. There were 47 children in attendance and a total of 10 staff present. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children in each classroom when appropriate. The center?s busses, playground, medication and all classrooms were inspected today. Five children?s records and five employee records were reviewed during this inspection. There were no violations found during today?s inspection.
A complete licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
