Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a remote tour of the program.

A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 9/8/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 37 children present, ranging in ages from 2years to 4years, with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of 3 children's records and 4 staff/board member records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
