Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today between 11:00am and 12:30pm. There were 40 children present, with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of documentation of emergency evacuation drills, the center did not document a drill for each month.
Evidence
The center did not document an emergency evacuation drill was conducted in the month of April 2023.
Plan of Correction: We will make sure a drill is done every month and document it.
