Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today between 9:00am and 11:00am. There were 42 children present, with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed engaging in educational activities, and playing outside A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on review of staff records, each staff member did not submit documentation of a negative tuberculosis (TB) screening dated within the past 30 calendar days of the date of employment..
Evidence
Staff #1, first day of employment 8/21/23, has a TB screening dated 7/17/23

The record for child #1 did not contain the addresses for two emergency contacts.
