Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on September 8, 2025 as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:30amand ended at 11:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 30 children present and eight staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and six staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
