An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 8/2/22 in response to a complaint received in the licensing office regarding an allegation of a staff member having a central registry finding in two states. The Director was interviewed and documentation was reviewed. The person named in the allegation has not been employed by the center, therefore the complaint is not valid and no violations were cited.
