Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 5/3/23 from 1:30pm to 3:10pm in conjunction with a renewal inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Six staff records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training, Health & Safety Update training, and current certification in First Aid and CPR. The last lockdown drill was documented on 5/2/23.
