Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/16/24 from 8:40 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. with Director. There were 49 children in care, ranging in age from seven months to five-years-old, supervised by 13 staff. The children were observed in structured play. Five child records and five staff records were reviewed. The Center has 25 staff with current certification in CPR and First Aid, and 25 staff trained in Daily Health Observation Training. Four medications and authorization forms were reviewed, and the center has 10 staff current in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Required postings were observed. The attendance, menu, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. The most recent Fire Inspection on file was dated 4/12/24 and the most recent Health Inspection on file was dated 5/3/24. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
