Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 03/13/2025 and completed on 03/27/2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 03/10/2025 relating to allegations of the center's administration. The inspector reviewed one child?s record on-site on 03/27/2025. Additional documentation was reviewed electronically on 03/13/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
