An in person inspection was begun on 4/15/2022 in response to a report of an injury seeking outside medical attention. The investigation is on-going at this time.
*4/18/22 - Based on observation of the room, review of the injury report and multiple staff interviews the is no preponderance of evidence to support the center was out of compliance with regulations. No violations are cited for this investigations.
