Inspector Notes

An in person renewal study was conducted today.
All rooms are in ratio during the inspection.
4 child and 2 staff records were reviewed. All were complete.
Medications, emergency supplies, first aid supplies, emergency evacuation drills, child activities and the playground were all inspected today and in compliance.
The injury report form in use does not contain all required components. The carbon form (no longer in use)did have all required items.
Children were observed playing indoors and outside on the playground, having circle time, washing hands and eating.

Evidence:
7 of 7 injury reports reviewed were missing documentation of any future action to prevent recurrence. The online form in use by the facility does not include this component.
Plan of Correction: We will refer this to our supervisor and corporate.
