Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today.
All rooms were in ratio during the inspection.
Children were observed: being held while being fed, sleeping, during diapering, washing hands, and preparing for rest time.
2 child and 1 staff records were reviewed. All were complete.
Injury reports, medications, cot spacing, top and bottoms covers, cots labeled and the posted documents were all in compliance today.
