Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on July 22, 2021. There were 5 children present, ranging in ages from 2 1/2 to 5 years old, with 5 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children's records and 2 caregiver's records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
