Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted August 29 2023 between 12:00pm and 1:30pm. There were 13 children in the direct care of 2 staff members. Children were observed working on letters, completing artwork, having pretend play, and washing hands. A review of staffing records, children's records, the physical plant, and evacuation drills was conducted. Citations are listed on the violation notice.
