An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 2/9/26 and completed on 2/13/26, The on-site inspection began at 10:50 am and ended at 12:50 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and one staff record electronically on 2/13/26.
