Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/30/2023 from 3:30pm to 4:30 pm, and staff records were reviewed on 11/1/2023 and 11/2/2023 at the main office. There were 27 children in care, ages four years to ten years, in one group under the care of two staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed four children?s records, four staff records, and other program records. The children were observed doing large motor activities, washing hands, and having a snack.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
