Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 8:30am-10:00am. There were 20 children directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 7 children?s records, , evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. No medications were on site today. Children were observed participating in group play and infants were observed preparing for breakfast.. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

3Evidence:
The orientation for Staff 1 did not include recognizing child abuse and neglect and the legal requirements for reporting suspected abuse and neglect.
Evidence:
Staff 1's record shows seventeen training hours for 2022. Ten of the listed training hours are a required orientation which does not qualify for the ongoing training requirement.

On he date of inspection three classrooms were observed to not have the attendance sheets marked with the children who were present.
