Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistant during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on April 20, 2022, from 11:15 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival there were 25 children in the care of 4 staff in two classroom. Children ranged in ages from 3 - 5. Five children records were reviewed. Staff records will be reviewed at the main office at a later date.

Areas observed were outdoor play, educational centers, hand washing/bathroom procedures and lunch. Children appeared to be well aware of the daily routine and schedule.
