Inspector Notes
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on September 14, 2022 from 11:15 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 32 children in two classrooms with 5 staff supervising. Five children records were reviewed. Annual review of staff records will be reviewed at a late scheduled date.
Areas observed were: outside play, transition, hand washing bathroom procedures, circle time and lunch. Interactions between children and staff were appropriate and the children seem well aware of the daily routine and schedule.

Violations
1Evidence:
1. Children came inside and sat down at two tables for a drink of water.
2. Children got up from the table and went to circle time.
3. Staff was observed placing lunch trays on the tables without sanitizing them
4. Staff A stated she had sanitized the tables before the children went outside. Staff A stated she did not sanitize the tables after children had sat down for their water break.
