Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was conducted on July 24, 2023 as a result of a complaint that was received by the Valley Licensing office on July 18, 2023.

Upon arrival, there were 41 children, ages 2 months through 6, in the care of 12 staff. The licensing inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of : staffing and supervision, physical plant, special care provisions and emergencies, and staff qualifications and training. One staff record was reviewed and three staff members were interviewed.

The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be ?not valid.? There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
