Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on July 7, 2025 and completed on July 7, 2025 as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The on-site inspection began at 9:30am and ended at 10:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 59 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 staff records on-site and electronically on July 7, 2025.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
