Inspector Notes

A complaint inspection was initiated on 9/19/2022 and concluded on 9/30/2022 regarding a complaint that was received by the department on 8/30/2022. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of of administration, staffing and supervision, staff qualifications and training, programming, and special care provisions and emergencies.
Two non-staff individuals were interviewed remotely. Four center staff were interviewed. One staff record was reviewed. Written Center Policies to include the Parent Handbook, Staff Handbook and Orientation documentation were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection was not sufficient to support the allegations of noncompliance with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
