Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on December 17, 2024 and completed on February 3, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on December 10, 2024 relating to allegations of staffing/supervision, programs and special care provisions and emergencies. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
