Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/28/22 from 9:55am - 11:00am. During the inspection there were 10 children ages four years old through eight years old in care with four staff. Children were observed participating in various activities in the classroom. Records were reviewed for four staff during the inspection. There is no medication at the facility. Emergency procedures and emergency supplies were reviewed during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
