Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 6/27/2023. There were 25 children, ages 5 years- 11 years, and 5 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies, nutrition and background checks. The children were observed during mealtime, self-directed activities, teacher directed activities and outdoor time. A total of 5 children?s records, and 5 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 1:15 pm and departed at 3:15 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
