Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/04/2023. There were 22 children, ages 4 years- 11 years, and 4 staff members providing direct care and supervision present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies, and nutrition. The children were observed during arrival, self-directed activities, and snack time. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: children?s records and fire inspection. A total of 5 children?s records, and 4 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at approximately 6:40 am and departed at approximately 8:00 am.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
