Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/02/2022. There were 29 children, ages 4 years- 11 years, and 5 staff members providing direct supervision present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies, special services, and background checks. The children were observed during child-choice activities, meal time, homework time and outdoor time. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records and 1 medication were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: sanitizing and emergency supplies. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 2:45 pm and departed at 4:00 pm.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
