Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 7/27/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on 7/25/2023 regarding allegations of allegiantly forbidden actions. On 7/27/2023, the inspector was on site from approximately 1:45 PM until 3:30 PM. Interviews with staff were completed, records were reviewed, and observations were made. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There were no violations issued.
