Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 7:00 a.m. and ending at 8:00 a.m. with the director. There were 15 children in care ages 5 through 9 with 3 staff supervising. Four staff records and four children's records were reviewed. Emergency drills were reviewed and up to date.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable laws or regulations. No violations were issued.
