Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 7:15 a.m. through 8:15 a.m. There were 19 children in care ages 5 years through 11 years old with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed during play at various centers, transition to handwashing and preparing for breakfast and gym time. Five child records, two staff records and one medication including authorization.
information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
