Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 8, 2023. There were 22 children in care ages 5 years through 11 years old under the care and supervision of 2 staff. Children were observed playing at their choice of centers that included card games, blocks/legos, imagination play and art.

Five children's records, two staff records, and emergency drills were reviewed. Four medications and authorizations were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of medication and observation, it was determined that not l medication was labeled as required. Evidence: An epi pen on site did not have a label with the dosage amount, child's name or time to be given. It was in a plastic bag with the child's name on it.
