An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 9/23/2024 and completed on 9/23/2024. The on-site inspection began at 7:18 am and ended at 8:02 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 13 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
