Each grouping of children shall have at least one staff regularly present who meets lead teacher qualifications. Staff #3 and 6, who did not meet lead teacher qualifications, was alone with a group of infants as the lead teacher was out for the morning.
Plan of Correction: The director will ensure a lead is always present by training more staff to meet lead qualifications.
