Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using and alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on March 24, 2022 and concluded on March 29, 2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 7 children present directly supervised by 3 staff.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The inspector reviewed on two child?s record and three staff records.

Based on staff records review, the provider did not obtain for each caregiver and adult household member a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form every two years from the date of the first screening or more frequently as recommended by a physician or the local health department.
