Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).

A monitoring inspection was initiated on August 16, 2021 and concluded on August 20, 2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a remote inspection was conducted. There were 41 school age children present with four staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three children's records and three staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
