Inspector Notes
An unannounced Code Compliance inspection was conducted with the acting director on 5/12/23 from 10:00 - 11:15 am. There were 72 children present, supervised by 14 staff. Children were observed engaged in circle time activities, playing in centers, eating snack and outside on a scavenger hunt. Disclosure documents were reviewed along with four staff and four child records. Based on review of four staff records, it was determined that not all staff had sworn statements or Central Registry Search results as required. Evidence: the record for staff #1, staff #2, staff #3 and staff #4 did not contain documentation of a sworn statement or Central Registry Search results. These staff members dates of hire were in 2019.
