An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 12/3/2024 and completed on 12/3/2024. The on-site inspection began at 7:30AM and ended at 8:05AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 16 children present and 3staff. The inspector
reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were
