Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on January 29, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:15pm and ended at 1:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were eight children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
