Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol with an in-person component that included telephone contacts, virtual documents review, interviews and a tour of the program with observations conducted at the center.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 12-17-21 and concluded on 1-28-22 The in-person component was completed on 12-20-21 in response to information reported to the licensing office by the facility. There were three children present, ranging in ages from five to six, with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
