Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 06/17/2021 and was conducted on 06/21/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children in care during the inspection; the program has been closed since March 2020 and will reopen on 06/28/2021. There were 2 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 2 staff member records during the inspection to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
