Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 08/27/2024 and completed on 08/29/2024. The on-site inspection began at 2:55 pm and ended at 3:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 16 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records on-site and 4 staff records electronically on 08/29/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
