Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was completed on 10/05/2021. The licensing contact for the program was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children present as this was a modification inspection for a new site that is not currently licensed. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, and special care and emergencies.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
