Inspector Notes

An announced non-mandated focused inspection was conducted on 09/11/2020 as the result of a self-reported incident that took place on 09/06/2023. There were 50 children, ages 3 years- 4 years, 13 staff members providing direct care and various support staff present during the inspection. A total of 2 staff records and 1 child record were review and staff were interviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:30 am and departed at 1:30 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
